By accessing weather-icons.top or downloading Creamy Weather Icons assets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or download the files.
The Service
Creamy Weather Icons provides a website for browsing weather icon previews and, after signing in, downloading a free digital icon pack. The current pack includes transparent 128×128 PNG icons. We may update the site, features, or pack contents over time. Downloads are provided as a free file download service after sign-in.
Accounts & Access
Download access requires signing in with a supported OAuth provider (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, abuse the download endpoint, or interfere with the service.
Downloads
After you sign in, you may download the available asset pack. Files are provided "as is." We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose. You may keep the downloaded files on your devices.
Acceptable Use
- Use the site and downloads only for lawful purposes
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish the asset files in a way that circumvents sign-in or redistributes the pack as a competing download service
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond normal use of publicly available interfaces

The website and assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or assets.
Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, or update these terms, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
